Users are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking. Bafageh is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data submitted by the user, including but not limited to invalid ID documents or passport numbers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bafageh acts as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Bafageh reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
